Failed Tech Predictions

I want to share with you this amazing inforgraphic by Socialcast of some failed business predictions dating back to 1875.  It is clearly that nobody could really pretend the future for sure, including the expert and confirmed successful people.

As a domainer, this infographic reminds me of how many time I asked myself: is this domain worth buying? I guess the answer could be well yes, or no. There’s no way to know if that the domain will really make it. A good judgement and the use of metrics could certainly help, but nothing is guaranteed for sure.
