Lil B aka Based God is one of the few rappers ballsy enough (or permanently affected my a habitual drug habit, not sure.) to title an album “I’m Gay”, so it’s no surprise that he would be willing to risk his current popularity by creating a track called “I Got AIDS”. It’s about exactly what you would expect, and carried the usual based-out style. It’s a sad time when we have to rely on Lil B to teach the kids about strapping up!
